The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing, located in Bucharest, 17th, Apolodor street, north side, 5th sector, acting as Joint Managing Authority for the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013, would like to inform the public about the possibility to consult the draft Operational Programme and the draft Environmental Report for the mentioned programme.

Your opinion and comments will be taken into consideration for the final version of the above-mentioned programme. However, the Ministry of of Development, Public Works and Housing as Joint Managing Authority has the right to decide whether the comments are relevant and may be included in the final version of the programming document.
